You can see our full range of services here. We complete academic, business, individual, web writing and provide editing/proofreading as well. If you don’t see the type of paper you need, just ask our Customer Support Agent if we have a writer available for that kind of order.

How can I check the price for my order?

You can check the price for your order using the price calculator at the top of the main page or simply fill out the order form.

Is there any additional charge for the Works Cited and the Title pages?

The Title page and the Work Cited page are free. You pay for the body of the paper only.

Can you do my homework for me?

We surely can! Essays, reports, college papers, dissertations – we write them all! Simply select the academic type of writing you need from the drop-down list in the order form.

Do you do online assignments?

If you can send us the requirements of the assignment, our writer can complete it for you. However, we cannot login to your account and do everything directly from it.

How will I receive my order?

Everything is done through our website. A completed order will be uploaded to the Files section in your personal account. You can find more detailed information here.

How do I order?

The process is very simple: just fill in all the required fields in the order form and proceed with the payment. More detailed information can be found here.

Can I pay for an order after I receive my paper?

Unfortunately, you can’t! All the orders should be paid for before the writers start working on them. This way, we have guarantees that if the work is prepared, the writer will get 100% payment for it.

How do I get the same writer for all my orders?

In the order box, you can find the option “Preferred Writer”. Just type in the writer’s ID, and we will inform him/her about your request. If your writer is available, he/she will work on your order but only when a deadline for it will be not less than 24 hours. Along with it, be ready to see the price rising because of urgency. In case the writer is not available, we will assign another highly-qualified writer to complete this order for you in the short term.

Can I be sure that the paper is not plagiarized?

We guarantee that all the projects are written from scratch. To ensure that, we check every paper for plagiarism using the WebCheck system. You can also order a plagiarism report for you to check everything on your own.

After placing an order:

How long does it take to find the writer? Who will my writer be?

Your order will be assigned to a writer as quickly as possible. If your deadline is tight, we’ll contact you immediately. This way, you’ll know right away whether the best writer is currently available for your order. Only the most suitable writer will work on your project. Please note that your author is a part of a qualified team of freelance writers from all over the world, including from such English-speaking countries as the USA, Canada, Australia, and the UK.

What if you don't find the writer for me?

Such cases are very rare for our company. We have been in this business for more than 10 years and developed a huge database of freelance writers who work for us. In case the writer was not found for your order, you will receive a full refund. For more details, please check our Money Back guarantee.

I cannot proceed with the payment, some error occurs. What should I do?

Please check if you have filled in all the required fields. If all the information is there, please try to use another Internet browser. If this does not help – please contact our Support desk, and they will be more than glad to assist you.

How can I communicate with the writer?

Feel welcome to discuss your project with your writer and/or Customer Support Representatives directly through the messaging system in your personal account.

How do I get my final paper? By email?

Once you approve the order, you can download the final version of your paper from the customer control panel or send it to your email. Depending on what you ordered, the format of the paper will be doc/docx/ppt/pptx/xls/xlsx…

How to send the order for revision?

If you checked the preview version of your order and you need some adjustments to be made, please find the button “Send for Revision” in your personal account, click on it, provide clear revision instructions as well as a new deadline for the order and send the order for revision. I approved the paper some time ago, but now I need some changes to be made. Can you do that?

You have 7 days from the moment you approve the project to send it for one of your three free revisions. If your paper exceeds 20 pages, you have 14 days for that. Please note that if more than 7 days have passed, you will have to place a new order for Editing/Proofreading. For more details, please check our Revision policy.

Issues with files:

I cannot upload the required documents to your system. What can I do?

First, please check the size of your document – our system can process files that are less than 20 mb only. If everything is fine with the size of your file, try using different browsers. We recommend Google Chrome as it has the best compatibility with our website. If you still cannot upload the materials, please send them to our email – support@1ws.com. Please, don’t forget to mention the order number in the subject of your email. This will ensure that the materials will be uploaded to the correct place. You can check your personal account for the additional materials. If you can see them in the Files section of your account, this means that we have successfully received all the documents and uploaded them to the system.

I uploaded all the required additional materials. How can I inform you about that?

You can contact our support agents in chat or by phone to make sure we received the files you sent to our email or uploaded in the system.
